Parking Pass Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By obtaining or using a parking pass within this business car park, all users agree to follow these Terms & Conditions, along with any posted signage, site rules, and instructions from management.

2. Parking Pass Types

The following parking passes are available:

  • Daily Pass Valid for one day only and expires at the end of the permitted parking period for that day.

  • Weekly Pass Valid for 7 consecutive days from the start date.

  • Monthly Pass Valid for one calendar month or 30 consecutive days from the activation date.

  • Annual Pass Valid for 12 consecutive months from the activation date.

All passes must be valid and active while the vehicle is parked on site.

3. Eligibility and Use

  • Parking passes may be issued to employees, tenants, contractors, or authorised visitors of the business premises, or for public use.

  • A pass must only be used by the registered holder or registered vehicle (if vehicle registration is required).

  • Pass holders must park only in authorised bays and areas assigned to their pass type.

  • A valid pass must be clearly displayed or correctly registered in the parking system at all times.

4. Availability of Spaces

A parking pass grants permission to park but does not guarantee a specific space, unless a reserved bay has been allocated.

5. Non-Transferable Passes

Parking passes are non-transferable unless approved by management. Any unauthorised sharing, resale, or misuse may result in cancellation without refund.

6. Lost or Stolen Passes

  • Lost or stolen passes must be reported to management promptly.

  • Replacement passes may incur an administrative charge.

  • Management reserves the right to deactivate lost passes.

7. Parking Conduct

All drivers must:

  • Follow on-site speed limits and traffic directions.

  • Park within marked bays only.

  • Avoid blocking access roads, fire exits, delivery areas, or disabled bays without authorisation.

  • Comply with any security or access control procedures.

Vehicles parked in violation may be issued warnings, parking notices, or removed from the premises.

8. Payments and Validity

  • All parking passes must be paid for in advance.

  • Passes are non-refundable once activated unless otherwise agreed by management.

9. Liability

Vehicles and their contents are parked at the owner’s risk. The management is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage except where required by law.

10. Enforcement

Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or site rules may result in:

  • Suspension or cancellation of the parking pass

  • Parking enforcement action

  • Restriction of future parking privileges

11. Changes to Terms

Management reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will apply to future passes and may be communicated to pass holders when necessary.

12. Management Contact

For parking enquiries, pass issues, or reporting concerns, please contact the site management or reception.
